For eligibility criteria, please refer Section 13.7.3.2 of chapter 13 of the BCSR 2012 and Super Structure Schedule II. Performance Evaluation Forms of the last two years (July 2014-June 2015, July 2015-June 2016); 3. Copies of academic transcripts; 4. Copies of training certificates; and 5.
