Overseas Vacancies in Jazeera Airways, Kuwait ( Department of Employment and Human Resources )



The Overseas Employment Unit, Department of Employment and Human Resources would like to announce the following vacancies in Jazeera Airways:
  1. Captain
  2. First Officers
Eligibility Criteria 
  1. Captain (A320)
  1. License Requirements: Hold ATPL issued by any ICAO. Contracting State. Candidates shall have a valid A320 type rating and first class medical. The date of last flight must be within the last 9 months from the date of joining.
  2. Contract Duration: Permanent
  3. Candidate Experience: 7000 total flying hours on jets of which 3000 are to be logged on jet aircraft with a maximum takeoff weight of 30,000 kg or more
  4. Minimum 2000 PIC on the A320
  5. Maximum age restriction of 55 years at time of joining
  6. Language Proficiency: English Language level 4 and above
  1. First Officers (A320)
  1. Hold ATPL/ATPL (F) issued by any ICAO Contracting State
  2. 1500 hrs total flying hours on turbine engine aircraft with a maximum T/0 weight of 20,000 kg or more
  3. Minimum of 250 hours on A320 type and CURRENT
  4. The date of last flight must be within the last 9 months from the date of joining
  5. Maximum age restriction of 45 years at time of joining
  6. Language Proficiency: English Language level 4 and above
Remuneration Packages 
  1. Captains: Ranging from approximately USD 11,000 – 12,500 based on years of experience
  2. First Officers: Approximately USD 9,000
  3. A tax free salary + Accommodation Allowance + Car Allowance + Educational Allowance
  4. Annual Leave: 42 days per year, inclusive of public holidays
  5. Loss of License: Provided by Airlines
  6. Health Insurance: Provided by the Airline
  7. Travel Entitlement: One (1) economy class return ticket for crew members and family (spouse and dependent children) to country of origin per year
  8. Standby Travel Entitlement: Unlimited standby travel for crew members and spouse, dependent children, parents on Jazeera Airways flights
