Interested Bhutanese Nationals meeting the eligibility criteria  may apply. For eligibility criteria,  refer section 13.7.3.2  of the Promotion Rules and Regulations , BCSR 2012.
Applicants  along with the following documents must be submitted to the  Human Resource Division,MoIC latest by 31st  August 2017 with the following documents:
  1. Application specifying the post applied for
  2. CV (RCSC)
  3. Copy of academic transcripts
  4. Copy of latest promotion order
  5. Copy of valid audit clearance
  6. Copy of valid security clearance certificate
  7. Performance evaluation report for the last two years
  8. NOC from the concerned parent Ministry or Department.
Applicants with relevant qualification/training and work experience shall be given preference for the purpose of short listing.
